Delivery policy
One payment, one stable snapshot
After Stripe confirms payment, the result link appears on this site and can be bookmarked. If Stripe provides an email address, Trussmark attempts to send the same link there; delivery is not guaranteed and the email has no CSV attachment.
The purchased list is frozen at fulfillment, has no scheduled expiration, and is not changed by hourly permit refreshes. The City of Austin supplies the public permit records; hourly refreshes affect new searches. The result page downloads and prints that exact snapshot.
Each package has its own current minimum of new projects for this customer. Before hosted Stripe checkout opens, Trussmark reserves the exact 15-project or 40-project qualifying set for the selected trade, ZIP, and radius. If that exact set is unavailable, checkout stays closed and you are not charged. The paid snapshot is then frozen at that exact size — previously delivered canonical projects are excluded. Related permits are supporting evidence inside one canonical project, not extra opportunities, and the package is never padded with weak, duplicate, or irrelevant records. Scores are relevance signals, not guarantees of work; technical delivery support remains available under the terms.

Every paid result carries the permit number, address, project type, permit date, distance to your service radius, an Opportunity Score, the reason the permit matched your trade, and a suggested timing window (for example, “contact within 48 hrs”). Trussmark groups related permits into projects and ranks trade fit using permit type and keywords, recency, distance, and project-review signals. High / Good / Possible labels are ranking signals, not measured probabilities or guarantees.
