What we collect

When you search, we collect your ZIP code, selected service type, and search radius to find matching permits. When you complete a purchase through Stripe, Stripe collects your payment information and email address. We receive your email address from Stripe after a successful payment to fulfill your order.

How we use it

Your ZIP code and service type are used only to filter and return permit results. Your email (received post-purchase) is used only to identify your order for support purposes. We do not send marketing email, share your data with third parties, or sell your information.

Stripe

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment method details. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. See stripe.com/privacy.

Permit data

The permit data we display is sourced from the City of Austin open-data Socrata feed (data.austintexas.gov) and is public record. We do not collect or share the permit data beyond returning search results to you.
