Permit data source

All permits displayed are sourced from the City of Austin open-data Socrata feed (data.austintexas.gov) and are public record. Trussmark retrieves, scores, and presents this public data as a convenience for prospecting purposes.

Results are prospecting signals

Permit results are prospecting opportunities, not confirmed inbound leads. Opportunity scores are ranking signals based on permit type and keywords, recency, distance, and project-review signals after related permits are grouped into projects — they are not measured probabilities or guarantees of work availability. Trussmark makes no warranty that any permit will result in a winning bid, that contact information can be obtained from permit addresses, or that permit data is complete or current.

No warranty of accuracy

Permit data is retrieved hourly from a third-party open-data source and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Trussmark provides the service “as is” without warranty of any kind.

One-time purchase

Purchases are one-time payments for a single search result set. Checkout is offered only when the selected package minimum is available: 15 qualifying projects for the 15-project shortlist or 40 for the 40-project shortlist. Before hosted Stripe checkout opens, Trussmark reserves that exact package-sized set from the current qualifying source run. If the exact set is unavailable, checkout remains closed and you are not charged. After payment, fulfillment delivers that immutable reserved set; it does not re-query the changing live pool or pad the package with weak, duplicate, or irrelevant records. Scores are relevance signals, not guarantees of work. If a technical issue prevents you from receiving the purchased snapshot, contact us and we will make it right.

Snapshot access

A successful purchase creates a stable result link with no scheduled expiration. The purchased list is a frozen snapshot from fulfillment: later hourly permit refreshes affect new searches, not that result link. If Stripe provides an email address, Trussmark attempts to send the link, but email delivery is not guaranteed. The result page provides the same snapshot for CSV download and printing, without promising an email attachment. Trussmark does not provide direct contact details or contact provenance; verify scope and contact from the official City of Austin permit record.
